The Carnival is Coming to Town

One of the most anticipated events of the Washington Birthday Celebration will begin soon.
Beginning this Thursday on Valentine's Day, the W.B.C.A. Carnival will open.
The annual carnival is located on the grounds of the Laredo Energy Arena.
Monday through Friday gates open at five and on the weekends gates open noon.
This year the carnival is sponsored by McDonalds.
