A mother is arrested after her child is found allegedly wandering some Laredo streets alone.
It happened yesterday around 5:30 in the afternoon.
That's when we are told a nearby neighbor saw a five year old boy walking down Bustamante.
He asked the boy if he was ok.
That's when the boy said he was lost and did not know where he lived.
It took about 30 minutes for the boy to locate his home.
His 36 year old mother Irene Alvarado was arrested for child neglect of abandoning and endangering a child.
