Law enforcement regulates seat-belt laws year-round, but starting tomorrow some extra vigilance. They are being urged to click it, or they will be ticketed, especially during this upcoming Memorial Day Holiday. Officers will be out in full force, ticketing anyone they catch not wearing a seat belt. Out of the 21,000 passengers killed in motor vehicle accidents in 2011, 52% of them were not wearing their seat belts, according to the US Department of Transportation's National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. This year's click it or ticket enforcement mobilization runs from May 20, until June 2.
