LULAC Council #12 is hosting a '5K Run for Scholars' and they're hoping to bring out all the runners in town. The run/walk will be held Saturday, Sept. 29, at scenic Casa Blanca Park.
Early registration is $15.00 and you can download your application at lulac12.org. Registration at the day of the event is $20.00.
Registration begins at 7:00 AM, with the race beginning at 8:00 AM. There will be 7 categories with trophies and medals awarded to the winners.
