A death investigation is underway by Laredo Police Detectives after a woman is found dead in North Central Laredo. That's where a passerby spotted a woman who appeared to be sitting down, but not moving. Upon further inspection that person observed that the victim was dead. Police officers arrived on the scene at San Pedro and Meadow shortly after the emergency call placed to 911. We're told the female who is 25 years old likely had been there for a short while. Investigators say a preliminary check showed no signs of foul play. We'll keep you posted on the investigation.
