Drug Dispute Leads to Arrest of Three on Multiple Charges

Three men were arrested after calls from concerned residents in a south Laredo neighborhood.
Alberto Santos, 21, Jesus Rodriguez, 22 and Oscar Castillo, 18, are facing a multitude of charges including aggravated kidnapping, aggravated robbery and engaging in organized criminal activity.
The situation started Monday at around 5 when police received a call saying someone was being held against their will in the 4500 block of Rodeo Lane.
Police showed up and found a young woman there.
She told police her brother and another man had left the house through the back.
Police found the two men on Sepulveda Street.
Another man waved down an officer and said that he also was taken against his will.
Police said it all stems from a drug load dispute.
Santos, Rodriguez and Castillo have a combined bond of $1.5 million.
