By KGNS News

A complaint over loud music turned into an arrest after an older man pulls out a gun.
Police received a call that said they spotted a person with a gun on Monarch Drive.
The caller said he was at an empty lot, adjusting his sound system when he saw a silver Chevrolet van pull-up.
Russell Montgomery, 67, approached him and demanded he turn the music down.
When asked what his problem was, Montgomery reportedly answered he was debating whether or not to kill the victim, showing him a gun.
The victim ran and called police, giving details and plates on the van, which was tracked down.
Police said Montgomery admitted to the whole thing.
He was arrested on aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
