Abraham Reyna from Janie's Snacks talks about their naturally produced ice cream and drinks, while Jesus Najar, with the Laredo Main Street, talks about New Vision Church's preserves made from fruits & vegetables grown in their 'Ein-Gedi' ranch.
They will be holding planting demonstrations, bike rides to the Lost Lakes, among other family-oriented activities in celebration of National Farmers Market week.
Farmer's Market is every third Saturday of every month and is held at the Jarvis Plaza in downtown Laredo. It starts at 9AM and goes on through noon, 12PM. There is free parking at the El Metro area, and an ATM is on site.
