Laredo Police continue to make arrest in connection to the south side homicide earlier this week last night picking up a second suspect on charges of murder. 20-year-old Abel Rocha is suspected in the killing of Ricardo Vasquez whose body was found Thursday on the corner of Napoleon and Canada St. The 32-year-old victim found with puncture wounds to his chest and neck. After officers got a call from neighbors there reporting an attack in progress. Now Rocha is the fourth person arrested in the case. Friday night police took in 45-year-old Juan Jose Lopez also on charges of murder. 28-year-old Roberto Sanchez Jr. and 30-year-old Raul Algeria have been charged with failure to report a felony involving death. All three men wearing these white paper shirts because their clothes was confiscated for evidence and police say yet more arrests are pending.
