A raid in a south Laredo neighborhood turns up some cocaine and lands two people in jail.
Although investigators found just a small amount of drugs, neighbors of the homes raided believe there is a bigger problem.
Narcotics investigators flooded a south Laredo neighborhood Monday morning executing search warrants on two houses in the 2900 block of Napoleon.
The raid turned up a little less than seven grams of cocaine but neighbors say there is a big problem behind the two small houses.
The neighbor was afraid to show her face but says police frequent the block for similar raids.
But she says illegal activity doesn’t stop.
She says they're always going by. we see them. it's happened for a long time. but this isn’t new
This time deputies arrested 44-year-old Juan Lopez and 27-year-old Roberto Sanchez were arrested.
They're being charged with possession of a controlled substance in a drug free zone.
