Local gunstore owner Robert Jacaman, Sr. is out on bond.
He entered a "not guilty" plea in federal court Thursday morning, requesting a trial by jury and was released on a $100,000 bond.
Robert Jacaman, Sr. and his wife, Veronica Jacaman, face several charges, all tied to allegations that they sold weapons and ammunition knowing the merchandise was bound for Mexico.
The store was raided earlier this week and a spokesperson with Immigration and Customs Enforcement tell us the case has now been turned over to the U.S. Attorney's Office.
Officials say customers are unfortunately on their own.
