A woman is allegedly dragged out of her home by her hair at the hands of her ex-boyfriend. Police arrested Eluit Treviño around four this morning following a call to police of a domestic disturbance in the 13 hundred block of East Lane.
Authorities say Treviño broke into the home of the victim's sister and forcefully dragged the victim out of the house forcing her into a vehicle.
He also allegedly took away the victim's cell phone to keep her from calling for help.
Treviño was later caught. The victim did not have major injuries. Treviño now faces several charges of burglary assault theft and unlawful restraint.
