A city employee is arrested for forgery.
According to police reports, 43-year-old Juan Cavazos, was arrested in the 2000 block of Piedra China close to the parks offices.
Investigators tell us Cavazos admiited to using a deceased brother-in-laws’ identification to secure work with the city of Laredo.
Authorities say that they seized a drivers license, passport and social security card that did not belong to him in his possession.
Cavazos faces two charges of fraudulent use of identification and forgery.
