Charges against the man accused of shooting two young boys and murdering their mother have been upgraded.
The upgraded charge comes just over a day after the death of the second young victim. 36 year old Demond Bluntson is now facing two counts of capital murder.
One for the shooting death of his own son. The second for the death of his stepson. The six year old died in a San Antonio Hospital Wednesday night after being shot twice at the holiday inn civic center. Bluntson is also now accused of murdering the children's mother. Her body was found in a shed in their hometown of El Campo on the same day her children were shot.
Bluntson is being held at the Webb County Jail.
