Man Serves 2 Years Probation For Improper Photography

A former TAMIU administrator will serve 2 years probation and must serve 30 of those days in the county jail for secretly video taping an unsuspecting female coworker.
Richard Perez was seen leaving court after being sentenced this morning last month he plead guilty to one county of improper photography or visual recording. Authorities say the recordings Perez made were sexual in nature and were all shot in the office where he worked.
The woman according to authorities was fully clothed but unaware she was being recorded.
