Man arrested for vandalizing and setting victim's car on fire

A man is arrested for allegedly setting a car on fire in the 1700 block of Denmark Lane.

The victim called police, saying 20-year-old Randy Salazar was outside his home at around 7:30 Sunday morning and had broken the windows to his car, then set it on fire.

Officers arrived and were able to arrest him.

Salazar is charged with arson.
