Over $140 in medicine is stolen from HEB Plus.
The theft occurred on September 26th.
Surveillance video shows a man stealing boxes of triple strength Osteobyplex, a medicine for osteoporosis, and putting it in HEB shopping bags.
He is stopped by loss prevention at the door and the medicine is recovered.
The DA's office says his actions still meet elements of a crime.
Anyone who can identify him is being asked to call 795-2800 or 727-TIPS.
