A teenage boy is among the dead as Mexican Soldiers open fire on several individuals in Nuevo Laredo.
Witnesses say the teen and a 23-year-old were stopped as they made their way in a car.
They were then arrested and taken to the outskirts of the city.
That's where witnesses say they were beaten and then shot to death.
Their families say both the men were unarmed and claim it's a continuation of the brutality shown by the Mexican Military.
They're filing an official protest with the Mexican Government.
No one in the military has commented on the shooting.
