It's a happy ending to a story we told you about on Halloween night; the two children reported missing whilst trick or treating are now safe.
Police were searching for twelve year old Luis Rey and his sister, eleven year old Adriana Gonzalez Rey, after they went missing in the 3700 block of North Logan Street, shortly before 9PM Wednesday night. Their parents quickly called police. The kids managed to make their way to Laredo Medical Center where they asked to use the phone.
