It's no secret Laredo is filled with talented young musicians, and Thursday night, November 8, will be proof of that. The Laredo Philharmonic Youth Orchestra and the Chamber Orchestra of Laredo will perform at TAMIU's Recital Hall at 7:30 PM. It's free and open to the public. For more information, call 326-3039.
