The police chief of Nuevo Laredo, Mexico is reported missing. Tamaulipas state prosecutors have opened an investigation into the whereabouts of Roberto Balmori Garza. The disappearance of Garza comes after two of his brothers were found dead in Nuevo Leon. They had been shot and then left in the trunk of a car. Roberto Balmori Garza went missing this weekend, only hours after hearing that his brothers had been kidnapped. Authorities say they don't know if both cases are related.
