Police have now arrested a woman they said intentionally set a house on fire earlier in July.
Norma Angelica Sanchez, 38, was picked up on an arrest warrant by the U.S. marshals with the help of the Webb County sheriff's office.
Authorities said she changed her appearance and was on the run.
Fire crews were called out to the 600 block of Constantinople on July 13 after witnesses reportedly heard an explosion and then saw the flames.
An investigation into the cause of the fire soon followed.
Police said Sanchez intentionally set the blaze.
Her motive is unknown.
She now faces once count of arson felony three.
No one was injured in that fire.
