Police search for suspect in gas station robbery

Police are looking for a suspect in a gas station robbery overnight.

A man walked into a Stripes store in the 700 block of Guadalupe, possibly with a weapon.

He got away with the cash tray from the register.

Police later recovered the empty tray and a backpack.

The suspect is described as having a slim build with facial hair; light complexion and wearing jeans, a white sweater, and red cap.
