A huge explosion is heard at around 11 AM, Friday morning on both sides of the border. According to several social networks and Mexican newspapers, the explosion happened in front of the Nuevo Laredo City Hall. The Mexican newspaper 'El Norte' is reporting the explosion came from a car bomb. The car was parked int he garage where the Nuevo Laredo mayor parks his official vehicle. At this moment, there are several people injured, however it is unknown the exact number at this time. We'll update you as details become available.
