One of the inmates who escaped in that prison break in Piedras Negras two weeks ago was captured in Nuevo Laredo.
Mexican military officials made the announcement.
Angel Enrique Yosikawa Urias was arrested while in possession of three assault rifles, 11 clips, and nearly 300 rounds of ammo.
Just last week the Webb County sheriff's department released mug shots for all 132 escapees.
Law enforcement officials in the U.S. have been on high alert to make sure none of the escapees cross the border.
