Police need the publics help locating a suspect involved in a stabbing Monday afternoon.
The stabbing took place off of Casa Blanca Road.
Police said a male in his 20's approached a woman as she was taking groceries out of her car and asked for money.
When she refused, that’s when he tried to enter her home.
The two then got into a struggle and that’s when the woman was stabbed in her abdomen.
The suspect then fled on foot after kicking the woman’s 2-year-old child.
Both victims are in the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The suspect is said to be wearing a gray sweatshirt and blue jeans.
