Three Year Old Loses Finger in Blender

A three-year-old child loses her finger, after sticking her hand in a blender.
It happened late Friday night on the 700 block of Plum.
Police said the three-year-old was left in the care of a 14-year-old.
It's not clear how the child was able to get access to the blender.
Laredo police said the child did suffer severe injuries to her hand.
No arrests have been made but police tell us the child's parents could face charges.
