Valentine King and Queen crowned

A king and queen were crowned this Valentine's Day. City of Laredo council member Juan Narvaez hosted the event this morning at Nuestra Gente Adult Day Care. Those in attendance were treated to refreshments and made to feel extra special on this Valentine's Day. A king and queen were crowned and given plaques on behalf of the city.
