Victim in Zapata Highway accident in stable condition

The victim from that motorcycle accident earlier this week is now listed in stable condition at a San Antonio hospital.

Police gave us the update today saying 28-year-old Pedro Rivera is expected to survive.

They say his injuries were non-life threatening, and were external rather than internal.

The driver of a 2003 Ford Explorer hit Rivera.

The crash happened Wednesday night on Riverhill off Zapata Highway.
