On Monday, we told you about Webb County's $400,000 shortfall that they're calling a “miscommunication”. Webb County wants to make it clear that when it comes to the budgetary blunder, they are not the ones to blame and that the money is already long gone. Meanwhile, Webb County Judge Danny Valdez says the money went to a program that pays bills for those who qualify. Webb County officials will meet with state officials in Austin to try to resolve the error.
