It's not every day that someone turns 100 years old, but today was that special day for Josefina Castaneda.
This right here is Josefina or as her friends at Retama Manor call her “Fina.”
On her 100 birthday shes bright eyed dressed to impress and just enjoying her special day.
With her friends and nephew Elias Melendez who lives in McAllen but came down to celebrate this milestone with his aunt.
“She has a lot of friends; she has gotten really acquainted here with a lot of people she is happy and at 100 years old shes healthy we are glad she is here Retama has done a good job with her and hopefully she is here for more years”
Well that was Fina refusing to reveal her age, only saying today she turned more than 18-years-old.
