Woman arrested for shoplifting at JC Penny

A woman is arrested for allegedly shoplifting from an area department store.

Forty two year old Edna Hinojosa was arrested Saturday at around 3:30 in the afternoon for allegedly shoplifting from the JC Penny at Mall Del Norte.

We contacted police, they tell us Hinojosa reportedly stole about $50 worth of merchandise, but had no other details.
