A stabbing has two people in the hospital and a South Laredo neighborhood in shock.
A woman was reportedly stabbed shortly before four on Wednesday afternoon in the 3900 block of Feather Lane.
We're told a 13-year-old girl witnessed the woman get stabbed in the back. The man then turned and stabbed himself in the abdomen.
The victim called 911, reporting the incident to police.
The suspect held off officers by putting the knife to his own throat, but police were able to subdue him; both the man and woman were taken to the hospital in serious but stable condition.
We're told an arrest is pending, based on a medical evaluation.
