A 17-year-old has been arrested for murder, days after a rollover accident, which claimed the life of one person.
Arrested in the case, Cesar Guadalupe Saucedo Gonzalez.
Witnesses say border patrol agents were following an SUV on Tuesday night, up until it hit two mailboxes and crashed.
A total of four people, all undocumented immigrants, were taken to hospitals.
Two had to be flown to San Antonio due of the severity of their injuries. One person later died.
Gonzalez is charged with murder in the first degree and one count of engaging in organized criminal activity because he was the guide for the undocumented immigrant who died under his watch.
Authorities say the investigation continues and more arrests are pending.

Seems like a real stretch to charge him with 1st. degree murder, but now days with the way our leaders in DC are passing stupid sheep follow me laws any thing is possible.

Ok OK... Are you saying that this crime does not fit the criteria of 1st degree murder? If it doesn't, then he can't be indicted on that charge. Are you suggesting that he not be held responsible for his crime? Inquiring minds would like to know…

I don't believe it fits the criteria. But with the pending elections both federal and state who knows what "we are no longer free citizens are up against." just look at the stuff that law makers are passing that slowly takes away freedom.
