Santa Ursula corridor extension opens

The City of Laredo just opened a new corridor that they hope will bring more shoppers to the downtown area.
The corridor is designed to alleviate downtown traffic and hopefully bring tourists into the downtown area.
The Santa Ursula connector is located between bridge number one and the intersection of Santa Ursula and Zaragoza.
The connector will expedite traffic coming in from I-35 into downtown.
The two-year project had a price tag of four point two million dollars.
