LISD teacher aid accused of indecency with a child

A Laredo isd teacher aide is facing two separate counts of indecency with a child by contact.
47-year-old Jose Angel Casarez was indicted yesterday by a grand jury in the 406th district court.
The investigation alleges that two females under the age of fourteen reported the incident to their vice principal who then reported it to LISD police.
According to the victims the alleged incident occurred on the campus at Christen Middle School in February of 2007.
The charges are a second-degree felony with punishment ranging from two to twenty years in prison. Casares is no longer with the district.

Why do these perverted men continue preying on children when there seem to be so many women of easy virtue all over town? This scumbag, as disgustingly ugly as he is, could have probably picked up any number of equally disgusting women at any of the local dives.
