Phone Home: Missing 12-year-old calls mother

We have new information on that girl that went missing last week.
According to the mother, 12 year old Karla Rivas called her last night.
Sandra Rivas says her daughter called her and told her she was in Mexico City.
According to Sandra that is all the conversation she was able to have with her daughter before losing communication with her.
The mother called authorities right away and gave them the number she had in the caller id.
Right now authorities are investigating that number and where Karla could be.
It’s been one week that Karla has been missing.
Authorities do have a person of interest, 29-year-old Herman Hernandez Canales originally from Honduras.
According to police they already have a video of the two crossing the border into Nuevo Laredo the day she went missing.

what is taking so long for the FBI to get this guy? is there an organization that makes posters and signs immediately to keep an eye open? because unfortunately the police are siting on there hands, the amber alert was taken down and no one knows whats going on. i would love to help.
