Doses of the H1N1 vaccine still available

By Ray Gomez

Despite a huge turn out for Tuesday’s H1N1 vaccination clinic, the Laredo Health Department has some doses left over.

About 2,000 doses were administered during the drive at the LEC, with staff working up until 9pm.

Healthy people between the ages of two and 49 can go to the Health Department, between 8am and 5pm, and ask about the vaccine.

Officials say a second batch is expected to arrive within the next two weeks.
