Fatal Shooting Suspect Identified

The Border Patrol agent who fatally shot his brother has been identified.

18-year-old Christopher Ramirez was shot in the back by his brother, Border Patrol agent Michael Ramirez.

The 26-year-old agent is stationed in the Rio Grande Valley, but was in town, visiting family members.

The shooting is under investigation, to determine if it was an accident.
