Joe Baeza - Laredo Police Department
" These are the things that we keep telling people that unfortunately the way things are right now you cannot afford to leave them in your car. If it’s valuable to you take it inside."

You guys are right. The best punishment for a teenager, even a pre-teenager, is to give them hard labor. That'll teach them.

9:11, I hate to agree with you but you're right: inmates and juvenile offenders should be put to work the city. It would serve as a reminder that the heavy work is a result of their actions. Of course, it wouldn't happen because there is always a non-profit organization out there that would defend them even though one means not to kill them or use them as workhorses.

I think their needs to be harsher punishments for kids who commit crimes. Dont just give them a slap on the wrist. They should have them picking up the trash around laredo or something. Also all those inmates at the jail just sitting down in the ac getting a free meal watching tv should also be put to work like a chain gang or something picking up trash around laredo too. now days jail is a free roof over your head and free food. make these people work.

"a water park" now that is a stretch, if they had parents that cared maybe these teens would not be in trouble!

yeah... i don't know of any place that offers entertainment so early in the morning. when they are out burglarizing at 4:00a.m. a water park in the winter time would have really kept them out of trouble.

If we had a waterpark or any kind of entertainment maybe these teens would not be in trouble.
