Three teenagers are arrested after police catch them burglarizing vehicles in north Laredo.
17 year old Victor Espinoza, Eduardo Leyva, and 18 year old Julio Alberto Requejo are facing charges of burglary of a vehicle, theft, and engaging in organized criminal activity. Despite their young ages they have been arrested several times. According to police these teenagers made their rounds in north Laredo and burglarized several vehicles. The items stolen range from electronics, car stereos, cell phones, bags, and even tools.
