Arrested man allegedly shot gun in the air

A local man is facing charges tonight after witnesses say he fired several gunshots into the air.
Authorities say Andres Garcia was arrested around 6:30 this morning at an apartment complex in the 23-hundred block of New York.
According to reports, someone called police saying they heard shots fired in the area.
When officers arrived, they pinpointed several suspects.
That’s when two witnesses pointed out Garcia, which led to his arrest.
Police recovered several gun casings but did not find the gun.
