Youths claim to be beaten by N.L. Federal Police

Three youths were allegedly beaten by the Mexican federal police at a home in Nuevo Laredo. A 20-year-old managed to escape from the house and he claims the federal police officers were beating him and two others in an attempt to get them to confess to delinquent acts.

He also says the federal police officers were dressed in uniforms and pistol whipped them repeatedly. Mexican authorities have not commented on the allegations.
