Intel employee doesn't have access to sensitive information, not arrested during bust

The Laredo Police Chief is commenting on an incident that found one of the department's employees in the presence of an arsenal of guns and illegal drugs:
An employee who works in one of the most sensitive areas of the department.
The house where the bust went down belongs to a woman who works for PD's Intel division.
What's more she was at the home when authorities found the cocaine and weapons.
According to reports, U.S. Marshals were looking for a suspect on felony charges. That's when they made the bust in the 3500 block of Paradise in south Laredo. 24-year-old Severiano Contreras Jr. was arrested.
We're told he's related to the Police Department's Intel division employee. He was not charged with a crime in connection with the guns.
We're told by police, that's because he has paperwork for the weapons.
As for the Intel employee, PD says she does not handle sensitive material:
"Are we concerned? Let me just tell you absolutely, but is there anything to worry about at this point? No. We owe it to the public. We owe it to our officers we do have some undercover operations that are on going."
Officials tell us an arrest warrant for the Intel employee was not signed by a judge because there was not enough evidence to link her to the drugs and weapons on her property.

Pedro Martinez III resigned from the force is the latest. Police Chief Carlos Maldonado said his department will continue to work with other agencies “to bring those who are inclined to break the law to justice regardless of who they are.” so what happen here Chief seems you drop the ballwith this woman not getting arrested.

Did anyone see Chief Maldonado's nose growing as he gave the interview? WOW! She didn't have access to sensitive information? Are you kidding me! At times she was left alone in the intel office.
