Nuevo Laredo man arrested for sexual abuse

In Nuevo Laredo police arrest a man who allegedly sexually abused his three year old nephew.
Authorities found out about the abuse after the mother of the child called authorities early this morning requesting for police, because her son had been sexually abused.
When officers arrived they interviewed the mother of the three year old. She said she had left her son with relatives, and when she picked him up and changed his diaper, she noticed bruises on his private area. The mother also said the child was complaining of pain. Police arrested the uncle after gathering information. He tried to escape from authorities but was later caught.
