Man wanted for theft

A man escapes Laredo police after an alleged theft, and now police need your help in locating him.
This is a photo taken by a cellphone from the scene of the robbery.
The incident occurred in the 2700 block of Lane street where a cellphone was stolen from a victim.
After that, the suspect fled on foot eluding police.
Since the robbery, the suspect has been spotted at the Stars restaurant on Guadalupe street.
He is described to be in his mid to late twenties with multiple tattoos and markings on his body and face.
