Lawsuit against Election Office dismissed

By KGNS News

We have an update on a lawsuit involving the Webb County Elections Office.
Several weeks ago the office was accused of violating the Federal Help America Vote Act.
The complaint had to do with the electronic machines, and how the county was only using them for those voters who are handicapped.
Today we received notice that the state of Texas has evaluated the complaint, and determined there is no direct evidence that a violation of the act has occurred.
So the lawsuit has been dismissed.

I think republicans suffer more harm than the handicapps in Webb County. It was a stupid lawsuit.
