$1 Million Dollar Veterans Museum Project Approved by City & County

By KGNS News

A meeting held earlier this week resulted in what some people referred to as a historic day. Both county and city officials agreed to move on with plans to build a veteran's museum. The formal agreement has been made on the $1 million dollar project. But final approval now lies in the hands of the City Council members. City Council is scheduled to vote on the item at tomorrow's meeting. If approved, Judge Valdez has said they can begin working on the museum within two months.
