Laredo student headed to Washington DC as part of Page program

A high school junior is getting set to make a trip to our nations capitol as part of the U.S. House of Representatives page program.
Hector Garcia, a junior at Alexander High School, will live and study in Washington D.C. for four weeks during the summer.
He will also get the chance to work closely with the House of Representatives, providing administrative support to house operations.
Garcia is the fourth Laredoan in in three years to participate in the program.
He will also attend the House Page School, where he will take classes that will apply toward his high school credits needed for graduation.

Hey Lady, dont forget to invite the mayor(at the citys expense)so he can go "knocking at doors". He needs to put a few more trips to Washington under his belt, (no pun intended) afore we vote him out .One term loser mayor.
