Nuevo Laredo man arrested for sexually abusing kids

Police arrest a 19 year old man for sexually abusing two children.
According to police, Alejandro Guerrero Hernandez confessed that he has also abused four other children.
The 19 year old was arrested at his home after neighbors filed a complaint with police.
According to the complaint, a neighbor had gone out to the store and when she came back she found Hernandez sexually abusing her nine year old boy.
She says her seven year old son was also abused.
According to police, Hernandez would offer the kids 30 pesos which is about three dollars to have sexual relations with him.
The children told authorities that Hernandez had abused them several times.
